However, a dark cloud looms overhead as several mysterious war criminals begin to show there discontent for the tranquility of the new age! Running a violent tirade upon the unsuspecting people of Pocket City, the evil "Ghosts of War" aim to bring back the chaos for the sadistic sake of sating their own blood lusts!
Arishida must embrace his destiny to fight for peace and justice! But can he prevent the tides from turning to hell itself?
