MACHINE DESCRIPTION/HISTORY-
The ARC-11 "LANCER" is the standard mobile suit model harnessed and created by the Earth Forces Confederacy or E.F.C.
Equipped with a medium-impact shield, single saber and able to operate a variety of E.F.C. weaponry, the Lancer easily serves as an adequate and combat-adaptable mecha warrior. Being the firstly designed mobile suit that was created for the purpose of combat. This alone made the E.F.C. the most powerful military strength until the creation of the GUNBURRO.

It was countered by the ZON FORCES mobile suit mainstay: "The Gunburro". [link]
